I wouldn't call it HER case at all, it's something that happened to her and was perpetrated by him, allegedly.

At the very least they could check the details of the timing of the party, who was present, if anyone recalled the incident afterwards, etc.

It is all about him, not her. That's the point of her writing to her representatives, she wanted them to know she had grave doubts about his fitness to be a SC justice because of this incident. What's wrong with that?

I probably wouldn't have the courage, would you?
