than he is Kavanaugh. Kavanaugh was not even on his list of potential SCOTUS nominees until he found out that Kavanaugh wrote that a sitting president should not be indicted. Given all the scandals that are now surrounding Trump, it is no wonder he wants Kavanaugh on the court.
