provide ravel, accommodation, legal training, and bail for its [the Women’s March and others] members were used illegally. Organizing such conduct [protests] isn’t allowed under IRS rules and is “incompatible with charity and social welfare,” according to IRS rules.

According to IRS Ruling 75-384 “an organization … that planned and sponsored protest demonstrations at which members were urged to commit acts of civil disobedience did not qualify for IRC 501(c)(3) or (4) exemption.” Such activities bar an organization from being tax exempt. Campaign finance lawyer Cleta Mitchell told the Caller that “in addition to the IRS rules that they have violated, these groups should lose any government funding they receive — taxpayers should not be subsidizing bail money for people hired by these groups to break the law. There are no doubt many rules and regulations which they have violated for grantees in receipt of federal funds.”

In the past, Women’s March leader Linda Sarsour has:

Defended Sharia Law.
Spoke at the Islamic Society of North America’s 54th annual convention, where she praised Siraj Wahhaj as her personal mental. Wahhaj is listed as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing.
Sued someone who accused Sarsour of covering up sexual harassment.
Called for “Jihad” against the Trump administration.
It’s about time karma caught up to her – even if it’s over something as boring as a tax charge.
