I am old and not au fait with this but what she is basically saying is she gets her great fashion sense by thrift shopping and she's very good at it.

She is not whining. The alt-right is forever whining.

This whole thread is whining about a made-up criticism of an exciting new political personality who was loaned some nice clothes to wear for purposes of a magazine shoot and for some reason this is driving some people crazy.
