in Virginia (my state). The north is near DC and not like the rest of Virginia. That's why we call it NOVA and ROVA (northern va and the rest of the va). I see the same thing happening in NC and several other states.

They move out of their high-tax Democrat run states but bring their politics with them. Illinois is doing it to Indiana.
