magazine, for at least 25 years. My gut says the DNFSB is fertile ground for leaks. They mention Los Alamos. That place is a hotbed for breaches and espionage.

Such a board likely is composed of leftists who hate nukes and want to interfere with their very existence. Thus restricting them is restricting potential enemy spies.

Congress passed DOMA and lots of other things that Obama ignored routinely. BUT, when the Left wants to add legitimacy to something, or an obscure agency, it trots out the ol’ “Congress did this or that” card as if they respected Congress. Yuck.

Scientific American has never liked the nuclear weapons program. They are probably throwing another nuclear pacifist fit, and Trump is a handy target.
