I don't know why yours was made unaffordable - or why you lost your doctor

so it's hard to comment on that. Were you in a state that didn't accept the Medicaid expansion? As far as losing your doctor this article from 2015 might explain that. Have you checked back with your old doctor and would they take your insurance now?

This was a big change that took place in this country and yes, it needed some "fixes." I still think it helped way more than it hurt and if it is tweaked instead of being destroyed it could help even more people, such as yourself.

There is lots of research out there and overall, most people, even republicans, don't want it to go away, they just want it improved. If the republicans keep gutting it like they have been trying to do, more people will suffer.
