He was even called a great judge by Kavanaugh. I guess you can't pick a judge with elections coming under Obama but you can under Trump. I guess it's okay to pick a judge who evades questions about the power of the president when the president is under investigation.

It's not fear mongering by MSM, it's railroading by the pubs.
