and that is because he has written that a sitting president cannot be indicted. Kavanaugh was not on Trump's original list of Supreme Court nominees - a list from which he said he would name any prospective judge. Kavanaugh will undoubtedly be confirmed and it will affect the court for decades to come. I fear for this country.
