I truly appreciate your taking the time to answer to my question. I'm using ice, massage, my brace, and just plan rest when I can. I have fingerless gloves somewhere so I'm on a search and find mission for them. I wish I would have worn them when I first got them years ago. I didn't feel comfortable so I put them away. I don't go back to my doctor for a few months and I really don't want surgery. I've heard sometimes it works and sometimes not. Anyway, thank you for sharing your experiences.
