and asked her if she was aware of VDI. Yes, she said she was very well aware of it and that her company wanted her to download an app onto her iPhone and sent her a contract. She read the fine print and said NO; and if the company wanted that, then they would have to provide her a company phone. They have yet to do that. My daughter is in IT, management, and makes over 6 figures. She is no dummy. The only way they can have access to your computer, your laptop, and your phone is if you agree. I really am impressed with those here who understand the more than negative implications of signing on to VDI, especially with Nuance, but let me give you another concern from my biblical worldview.
What you are witnessing is part of the beast system already in place, a system that continues to grow, it seems, almost daily, as witnessed by the fact that the TSA, as an example, will now be tracking the casual traveler. If anyone here has read the Book of Revelation, you will know that when the Antichrist comes to power, you will have no place to run or any place to hide. Your existence and your movements, your words, your breath, even your thoughts, will be known and monitored. The only way you will survive will be to take the mark of the beast and forfeit your soul for eternity. The technology is here everyone. It will only get more powerful. VDI is the camel's nose under the tent. It will be coming to your neighborhood soon if you roll over and accept it.
I resent the use of the term snowflake here to describe those who understand fully the ramifications of VDI. You proponents, travel at your own risk. We'll be here to say, "I told you so."
