When asked by Chris Wallace in 2016 if he wanted to see the court overturn Roe, Trump replied:

“Well, if we put another two or perhaps three justices on, that’s really what’s going to be — that will happen and [repealing Roe] will happen automatically in my opinion because I am putting pro-life justices on the court.”

Of course he's putting them on there to repeal Roe v. Wade. He's doing that also not from deep belief but because he wants voter turnout for his agenda in the midterms. Nothing he does is ever from conviction, just for self promotion.

He has no spine, nor does McConnell, nor any other Republicans that I can think of. They are all staying sneakily quiet and hoping no one will notice their silence, which is in fact a betrayal of the middle class in many ways, not just Roe v. Wade (already they've made it virtually impossible anyway for a woman to obtain an abortion in a red state because they've shut down the clinics which perform abortions, but guess what rich girls can have them whenever and wherever they want), but with the idiotic trade war, the dismantling of ACA without anything to replace it at all, the threat of cutting SS and Medicare, and the crowing about unemployment and tax cuts but I think we all know what all that means to us. A big fat zero, just like Trump.
