will most likely be deported back to their country so where does "loving foster care" come into play? Are you suggesting those children who are illegally here stay? Maybe some of their parents would give up their parental rights to make sure their children would be kept here in a "loving foster care home," and eventually adopted out to a loving home but the kids are illegal too and this administration has no sympathy for any of those kids.
