Trump is going to announce his pick for the Supreme Court tonight. My guess is he chooses the Amy Coney Barrett.
The real question is, what ELSE will he announce? My guess is something about immigration or the Wall. But I'm probably wrong.
Remember when Trump did this during the campaign? He said he'd make an announcement about Obama's birth certificate (or something). Then he spent the first 20 minutes of the press conference talking about veterans. The media announced they got played, got all angry, then Trump said he was wrong about Obama's birth certificate.
The story was all about the veterans and what Trump did and oh, sidenote he admitted Obama really is a citizen.
My guess on "the other thing" is he'll do immigration because he wants to highlight something emotional where Dems are weak and he is strong. There might be something else, but anytime immigration (or angel families) is in the news Trump seems to be winning. No one is going to win an election by advocating for less law enforcement or Abolish ICE.
Of course, I only say that because it's never happened. I could be wrong...
