antibiotics and genetically modified feed. More than 10 billion animals are raised in American factories annually, with most never seeing daylight.

Fruits and vegetables also have less nutrients because of soil depletion (chemicals, not rotating crops, etc.)

I try to avoid the middle aisles in the store. That's where most of the processed stuff is.
