I have been trying to eat as many vegetables and FRUITS every day. Most mornings, I have a 3-fruit smoothie with almond milk in it and then later in the day I have a big bulky salad. Unfortunately, some days I also have whatever I cook for my husband, which will include meat, potatoes, and a vegetable. It is very easy to lose weight when I follow this plan.
