I've recently been in the company of a 5-1/2-year-old girl who is a dwarf. I will be seeing her again in my circle of friends. I think she's just getting to that age when her little classmates are growing faster than she is. She asked me one day while I was passing by, "if I'm 5 years old, why am I so small?" Yike! I didn't have an answer for her! What would/should one say in this instance? And just as an aside, I think her parents are Christians but I'm not positive.
