that everyone has the same thinking. It's not so much that more people need to be armed, it's more that people need to stop closing their eyes to things around them. People nowadays have that "I'm not getting involved" attitude. I don't think being armed has anything to do with it, it's just one of the things that this modern society has adopted. Many are afraid of retaliation and having a gun isn't going to take away that fear.
