cap and trade, attacking states that upheld Federal laws, ignoring immigration laws, launching an illegal war in Libya before congressional approval, changing Obamacare without Congress (mandate, insurance requirements, out of pocket caps, profiling by the IRS against conservative groups, recess appointments, DREAM act (granting defacto green cards)...

In direct violation of ACA Law he ordered subsidies be paid under Federal Exchange.

Ignored law by taking Iran Deal to UN prior to 60-day review period mandated by Iran Nuclear Agreement Review, and failed to turn over side agreements as outlined.

Operation Choke Point program – Direct infringement on 2nd Amendment.

Bypassed Congress to ratify without authority the Paris Climate.

Established Rule to extend limits on overtime pay for federal contract workers. Rule is a direct violation of federal law.
