And I'm not going to explain it to you here, but in essence, the funding would come over time by different means. Your accusatory statement is just too simple. The reality of it all is much deeper than that. However, I understand that your statement is what the MSM keeps harping on. They think, if they repeat it enough, people will believe it. Apparently, some do believe their misrepresentation. Sad.
