He wanted a specific amount of money for the wall. He said an amount. The amount he had been asking for. I don't remember. He wants to stop the lottery immigration. He wants to stop chain immigration. He was very clear about this and everyone knew it. It was talked about for days on the news. There was plenty of time for questions. There was nothing vague. There were 4 points to it: DACA, wall, end lottery, end chain.
Dems rejected.
