When a Democrat is in office, or running for office, disagreeing with that person is racist, misogynist, homophobic, etc.

When a Republican is in office disagreeing with that person is an act of patriotism.

If you really want to quote from the Bible how about the one in John 17 where Jesus said his followers were no part of the world. Think about that. Can anyone taking part in the world's political affairs truly call themselves a follower of Christ?

All presidents are fierce. They may not pull the trigger, but they've all been responsible for taking many lives.

You are right though. We should respect national leaders and everyone else too. Not because they're special in any way, but because God tolerates them. For now.
