A judge by the name of Sullivan replaced Judge Contreras who leaves after the guilty plea.
The judge replacing Contreras (Sullivan) immediately filed an order directing that Mueller turn over to Flynn any information in Mueller’s possession indicating that Flynn is not guilty. So they kept this information from Flynn and his lawyer that the FBI thought he was innocent.
The press isn't covering any of this.
