“I work for Walmart site to store. Here is the truth about that raise. It only applies to people making 9.00 an hour. If you have worked there 4 years and have moved up and now make 10.68 you will continue to make 10.68. No one at Walmart makes 9.00 an hour. The bonus will average about 50.00 for each year you worked there but that's mostly for MGMT. Walmart's GOAL is site to store. This is the objective. Close down superstores, eliminate the overhead and have orders placed on line and filled through distribution centers which can be run by way less people. For the stores that will remain Walmart is testing 100 completely cashier free stores right now. They are also testing robots in 50 stores to check shelf products. The idea is to eliminate employees.”
