I have an Amazon Prime acct. A few months ago I got some air fresheners which I did not order and were not on my bill. I figured no big deal. Then a few weeks ago I got a HUGE box with two 24-packs of Cottonelle TP and more air fresheners. I tried calling them, I tried emailing them, finally since I had a return anyway, I sent them a letter explaining what happened and told them that the box was too big for me to take to UPS to return, so if they would send someone here I would gladly return it. Have heard nothing. (There is no order #, no return label, not on my bill either. ) I'm about ready to start using it. How long should I wait before I do? I know they received the return that included the letter on the 6th. I'm thinking if I don't hear from them in a month, I will start using the "gifts."
