Even if no compassion for people of PR, there are medicine and medical shortages in the states. My friend was told by her usually conservative ophthalmologist that her eye meds are disappearing...they were made in PR. Doc doesn't have too many compliments for the admin now. I always suspected when his poor leadership and choices affected them, their support would wane.
