I specifically chose US hurricane data because global warming proponents point to worsening hurricanes (more frequent, more destructive to lives and property, and stronger in intensity) as one of the signs of climate change. But unlike temperature data or tornadoes, hurricanes aren't a local phenomenon and we have excellent, multi-point hurricane data going back to the Civil War.

In other words, climate scientists aren't able to "seasonally adjust" this past data.

I know the climate changes too. I call that seasons and weather.
