I have also been a victim a few times. When I was 15, my boss pinned me against a wall and tried to have his way with me. Luckily I fought my way out of that. No legal action was taken but my mom tore him a new one when I told her.
Hubby and I were just talking about this last night on the garbage that is on TV these days and how it has gotten worse. I remember when Ricky and Lucy had separate beds in the Lucy Show and now we're watching sexual enhancement commercials and much more.
I'm so glad to see women taking a stand and truly deserving people being recognized as people of the year instead of predators.
