So sorry to hear these things are happening in your life. My blood pressure goes up when things get overwhelming, too. A really warm shower will relax you and bring your pressure down. Also, some deep breathing, through your nose, holding for a few seconds, and then letting it out slowly through your pursed lips. Do this slowly when you're sitting down or lying in bed. Drop your shoulders and relax your muscles around your upper chest, neck. But, please, if you continue to feel badly, especially with that headache, you must go to an urgent care or ER to have a checkup for your BP. Some medication to bring it down doesn't have to be forever, just to protect you while you're going through this time. Things will get better! Will pray for you...
