treat pain under the threat of a lawsuit and crack down on those who abuse Rx. The govt actually threatened lawsuits if docs didn't treat pain. The country is being flooded with cheap heroin. It's a much bigger problem than people know.

A lot of heroin comes from the Middle East and I wonder how much of this spike in overdoses has with Arab importation of it, especially Afghanistan and then there's the cartels. Many gun deaths are because of drugs.

War on Drugs. I doubt it will ever end.
