This should come as no surprise to anyone. The tribal council is responsible for this tribal agency. Someone need only look at the trips they take and how they live. All this cultural crap that they make sure their members are taken care of is nothing but hollow talk. If you're not from the right family side of the tribe, you get as little as possible.

The Indians always bewail the "desecration of our heritage" when archaelogists find something of merit on their land, but look what they do to it when they are caretakers:
