RV - Sweets

Hello, I lived in an RV for about a year during unemployment and loved it. We did move into a house after we got back on our feet because we had three little kids, but our RV stayed with us for about 20 years total and we vacationed in it a lot. Our kids are grown now and we sold our RV to get a newer one. We are retired and plan to travel 6 months and home 6 months. RV living is a different mindset. You need to seriously downsize on stuff if you live full time in an RV but once you do, it's very freeing. My advice is to get as much bathroom space and kitchen counter space as possible. We plan to get a toy hauler next as my husband wants to travel and sell some of our crafts at shows around the country. A toy hauler is a great option as they have an open space in the back of the living space. The RV industry has caught onto the fact that folks are using these for businesses now and not just hauling 4-wheelers. Good luck! And my other advice is to buy used! New RVs do not hold their value very well.
