Impeachment?

Posted: Jun 5, 2014

It sounds to me as if some on this board are adopting a defeatist attitude by asking for or perhaps accepting impeachment of BO. Is it a foregone conclusion by your LSM propaganda machine that this should be the new talking points because of the likely eventuality that his lawlessness has caught up to him?;

Whether or not "some on this board are adopting a defeatist attitude by asking for or perhaps accepting" the impeachment of the President of the United States of America will NOT in any way, shape, or form, have any effect, neither add thereto, subtract therefrom, nor alter in any way whatsoever the due process of law set forth in Article Two (Section 4) contained in the Constitution of the United States of America.

In other words: Popular opinion (nor unpopular opinion for that matter) and whether or not it is a "foregone conclusion" by the "LSM propaganda machine" cannot usurp the vote of the people in our national elections no matter how much the party NOT in power really, really wishes it could.

In even more basic terms: He won. Twice. They need to get over it.

You seem a bit sensitive. - KeepinItReal

I was just stating an observation, which appears to be one of settling for the eventuality and trying to put on a brave face to indicate that they, too, want impeachment. (Yeah, right.) Oh, and thank you for the constitutional lesson.

How many U.S. Presidents have been forced from office due to impeachment? - sm

Zero.

I do, however, think that California Chrome will be the first horse in 36 years to win the Triple Crown.
Will I get a prize if I answer correctly? - You missed the point.

Sanford Impeachment Hearings BeginNov 24, 2009
Mark Sanford is under investigation for breaking ethics laws and now faces an impeachment hearing for leaving the state without anyone to make excutive decisions while with his Argentinian mistress.  I think one's personal affairs (pun intended) including one's sex life are just that - personal. I do have a problem with him "abandoning" the state for 5 days, being incommunicado, while engaging in that affair, though. The ethics charges - mostly misuse of funds type stuff - are a ...

President Accused Of 'sleight Of Hand' To Protect Self From ImpeachmentDec 04, 2014
NEW YORK – Did President Obama just set up Department of Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson to be a candidate for impeachment instead of himself if conservatives convince the Republican majorities in the House and the Senate that his “executive actions” on immigration are unconstitutional? The inquiry begins with the question: Where are the executive orders Obama supposedly signed to permit up to 5 million parents of young illegal aliens to remain in the United States for three yea ...
