processing 501.c4 applications since 1959.  Obama had nothing to do with it!!!

Thank you, President Obama, for putting an END to it!!

So much for this "scandal."  That's why it's wise to wait for the FACTS before hanging the accused person.

The republicans are on a witch hunt, rather than doing their jobs that they were elected to serve.  Hopefully, the voters will have had enough of this and vote them out.

The following is a very interesting video concerning this.

When are the TP/pubs going to start focusing on jobs? - nm

Whenever our president does. Wasn't he on a jobs tour? - Another one? (sm)

What the heck IS a jobs tour, anyway?

Oh, republicans don't want to do THAT! - sm

Especially, if they're adequate-paying jobs, where the person can actually afford to rent an apartment, feed his/her family, etc.

Instead, they're wasting time, bringing up bills to repeal "Obamacare," now more than THREE DOZEN times.

They won't be happy until Obama is impeached; and that will probably be their next step, REGARDLESS OF THE FACTS!

Remember, they've been very vocal about "making Obama a one-term President, though that didn't work, obviously.

They will continue to refuse to work WITH this administration on anything. Even things they liked or proposed before -- if Obama likes it, they will change their original support, just to be against it.

Anyone with eyes and ears can certainly see what I'm talking about.

Time to vote the Tea Party and Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, McConnell, etc. -- all the HATERS -- out of office.

So name the liberal organizations targeted during Bush's administration nm - justme

All Saints Episcopal Chuch, NAACP, Greenpeace - fyi

"One of the liberal groups targeted by the IRS under the Bush administration was All Saints Episcopal Church in Pasadena, California, reported the Los Angeles Times.

The IRS actually threatened to revoke the church's tax-emption because Pastor George Regas said: ‘Mr. President, your doctrine of preemptive war is a failed doctrine," on the Sunday before the 2004 election.

Ironically, conservative churches that actively campaigned for President Bush in 2004 were not audited by the IRS, reported the New York Times.

According to the Baltimore Sun, the IRS also went after the NAACP after they said Bush was the first president since Herbert Hoover not to address the organization.

In 2006, the IRS investigated the liberal environmental group Greenpeace after a conservative group called "Public Interest Watch," which had financial ties to Exxon, pushed for an investigation, reported Democracy Now."

Nice try, I see those same talking points posted all over the net today. nm - MT52

were intrusive. God forbid you target a muslim.

Either way, left or right, it's wrong and unconstutional. Unfortunately, with the willing press and supporters who don't care since they're emotionally invested, this will pass and nothing will happen.

Nixon joked about using the IRS against his enemies on tape and never really did it, s/m - MT52

and this president gets away with everything. This excuse shows how much low information voters care. Nothing will happen, it will pass, just like Benghazi. Sad.

Maybe he never got the chance, given all - sm

his other "activities" that resulted in his resignation, or perhaps he was never caught doing it. He certainly wasn't an honest person.
