Has anyone used the Precor Adaptive Motion Trainer?

I've heard that clubs are bringing in the Precor Adaptive Motion Trainers and people are loving them. Has anyone used one of them?

I want to try one of these if I can use it without hurting myself. It looks like good exercise. I understand that it takes 'muscle confusion' to the highest level. I need that. I want to stay healthy. It isn't important to me to live to be 100, but my goal is to keel over dead when I'm absolutely healthy and fit.
