Give them YOUR JOB, or better yet...why don't you adopt an ILLEGAL ALIEN FAMILY, pay all their expenses, food, housing, health, transportation, and give them free access to YOUR bank account, your house, your car(s), your food. That is exactly what you expect LEGAL USA CITIZENS TO DO.

Put your money where your mouth is.

WHEN THEY COME HERE ILLEGALLY, THEY ARE NOT ENTITLED TO ONE SINGLE THING.
