been up and running last November. The FDA has become politicized. Biden is also sending pallets of baby formula to illegals at the border.
We have what is basically a Soviet-style system for baby-formula. Two big companies control about 80% of the market, and 3 companies control about 98% of the market because they have contracts with the gov and WIC.
Fed.gov buys over half of all baby-formula, for Foodstamp/WIC users, so Fed.gov contracting and price-bids, and the FDA regulation, have basically made sure its impossible to have new entrants.
