It’s a sure sign that Roe was not in line with what States and US citizens had in mind. So what better way than to allow States to make their own laws regarding abortion?

Alito is right. Not only to put it back to the States but insisting elected officials, not SC, decide these types of issues not guaranteed by Constitution.
