This probably doesn’t have anything to do with Biden. Used car prices are increased because there is a shortage of used cars on the lots because people are hanging onto their cars longer. This was happening before Biden too office. New cars are also in short supply and more expensive due to a shortage of microchips, which also had nothing to do with Biden. I heard it might snow tomorrow. If you want to blame someone, blame Biden; everything that happens is his fault.
