I have never grown vegetables indoors, but there are a lot of articles on line about growing tomatoes. I think that the full spectrum lights should work, at least 8 hours a day and fairly close to the plants. There are probably hybrids specifically bred for containers or indoor gardens that would do better than others. You’ll probably want to keep it cool at night, which will help them ripen. I’d be concerned about bringing stressed or bug-infested plants indoors, you don’t want your houseplants to get sick. I’m probably not addressing your questions, but with most things related to gardening, it’s about trial and error, good luck.
