I think I am going to ask someone at my credit union if they know about this. I would think they might be trying to target people who aren’t reporting income from Pay Pal and things like that, and I know there are already rules in place regarding transferring funds between accounts too many times. I’ve already paid tax on anything I earn because my employer takes that off the top and Social Security is taxed, so I don’t know what this is about. I’m trying to be logical in an illogical world.
