No they aren’t. Tell that to the parents of children who died in school shootings because the person who shot them couldn’t tell the difference between fantasy and reality after playing violent video games. I guess that was killing and not murder. You’d be the first people to complain if someone tried to take away your guns, which is protected under the Constitution, but also gives you the right to take innocent lives,
