bail, some, some held in solitary confinement. One young man is 18 YO! One person was denied the opportunity to go to his father's funeral.

They are awaiting trials that aren’t even scheduled to begin until next year. Biden’s DOJ has repeatedly sought pre-trial detention for Americans who aren't even charged with a violent crime. Many are held in solitary confinement.

American Greatness has reported on the harsh conditions in the D.C jail, including incidents of abuse and unconstitutional violations of due process.
