through the K1 visa program. We did every single step legally, paid every fee, complied with every law. He has a tremendous respect and love for America. He would NEVER inflict his language, beliefs, or culture on anyone. We speak Spanish/English/Spanglish at home and with his family. In any public setting, we speak English.

To better understand and speak English, he has taken courses, studied on line during the pandemic, and reads English constantly. He has a degree in Metallurgical and Chemical Engineering from his country, but he said that means nothing if he cannot participate in the USA as the citizen he now is.

We worked very very hard to do everything legally and to see what ILLEGAL ALIENS are doing to this country is beyond distressing to both of us.
