minute and a half to be troubling. He did hit a stretch in the middle where he got two or three sentences out, and then towards the end he started drifting again. It does appear Russia does have a foot in Lybia as well as Syria. The way Biden bumbles along it is hard to tell!
The press spent days mocking Trump’s covfefe yet they are silent when it comes to Joe’s constant mumbling.
