…for decades, but if you say so, it must be true. I remember when gasoline was $4.00 or more per gallon. I think Reagan or Bush might have been president then and we managed. In my state, we pay about .50 cents a gallon in state taxes so it’s always more expensive here. I filled up yesterday and it was around $3.65 a gallon. You guys are the experts but I’m not sure that gas prices going up had anything to do with Biden. The cyberattack on the pipeline could have come from anywhere, there are also plenty of domestic terrorists who could have been responsible. As far as inflation, the economy cycles in and out. We went through a long period of growth and stable prices and it was bound to change sooner or later. I saw prices going up even before Biden took office due to supply chain issues caused by Covid. Businesses have raised prices to try to make up for financial losses. If you want to talk inflation, the price for a salon haircut where I live has doubled in the last month.
