hard. The work ethic isn't there for many. Just look at the new levels of snowflakery at college campuses now and there is no question but that particular demographic is more indoctrinated than ever.
I told my kids stay off drugs. Don't have babies out of wedlock. If you get married, stay married. Show up on time and ready to work. Pay attention and keep learning. That will put you ahead of 90% of the people you’re competing with.
I've talked to dozens of Gen Z'ers and they are baffled by 9/11. In their world, being molested by the TSA is normal because that’s the way it’s always been. They also don’t know what living during The Cold War was like.
