So even if every steel worker and coal miner in Pennsylvania voted for Donald Trump in 2020, they still couldn't do anything to help win an election when they are vastly outnumbered by people in Pittsburgh who work in health care or education -- or even by the voters who have never been gainfully employed at all.

Which is why Democrats want single payer healthcare. Look at the UK and their NHS. All healthcare workers are government employees. Their raises are tied to the political party in power. Democrats want to do that here to ensure they get that vote.

It also replaces all those blue collar union voters that will be out of work.
