Getting up from the girl on the grass (that got kicked). If he had interpreted the situation correctly or not had gun mentality, he would have had taser ready.

That is what needed to be done differently.

I don't care if the girl killed was black or white. The cop needs to be rid of military training, shoot to kill, gun mentality.
