She's nothing more than a criminal but she gets away with it because she's a DemonRat, but she has been brought up on charges 3 times (I think), mostly for Ethics charges. She was named by the Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington to its list of corrupt members of Congress in its 2005, 2006, 2009 and 2011. (she should be so proud of that!). Also, the House Ethics Committee in 2010 charged her with violations of the House's ethics rules. They later cleared her. She's accused of paying her daughter over $147K out of campaign funds for mailing brochures or whatever. I don't know what happened there plus remember the help she gave hubby's bank in TARP funds.

She gets away with everything, just like Swalwell and other Dems because of the Speaker. Corruption since the Dems took over is right out in the open now. They feel nothing can stop them now (and nothing can unless some honest AG from a state or a variety of states decide to do something) because the Republicans in Congress' hands are tied being in the minority. Dems are walking all over this country's laws and the Constitution. So sad.
